Default Protein Bar Suggestions

I have a coworker and she is interested in finding a protein bar she can use as a snack/meal replacement.

She isn't interested in Big Collossal (what I eat) because they are heavy (400+ cals each).

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Check on allergies. Most contain one or more of:

proprietary ingredients - we should all be allergic to this listing.

I used to eat Cliff Builder's bars. They were tasty. I don't know if they meet the nutritional requirements she is looking for.

I've had Promax Maximuslce a few times but my body doesn't like the malitol (I think that's what they have in them) and even half of a small one sets my stomach off...something to bear in mind when choosing one; try one before buying more.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Oh, I forgot, about fiber one/kashi bars. They're definitely not high protein, but they're high fiber and taste great, too.

I'm not wasting any time arguing with a woman who is a size 2 about 400 calories.

Thanks for the input, everyone!
