Thanks guys

Raw box squats with GCB
work set 385*8. Weight wasnt heavy but I had no stability with my trunk. My abs are just weak as water right now

SSB Olympic squats with 1 plate
25 reps. These were awful and have my legs really burning today

Pull down abs
3 sets

Glute bridges 3 sets

sit ups
3 sets

rdl
2 sets

ghr
half a set. Im not a fan of the one in our gym. I always smash my nuts.

finally was able to get back into the gym

decided to put on some single ply briefs

worked up to 345 raw

add briefs
435*1
525*1> cut it high, not very stable
525*1> deep, added a reverse band here just to take it deep

speed pulls
135*1*2

cg bench

abs and done

Super duper weak at the moment. I know what I need to do to get things moving but getting time to do them is a hard thing. Working two jobs just to get by with a sick child at the house pulls you away from the gym. I will get back to where I was and then some but family comes first over the gym.

Dude I want to get back in there 4 days a week but getting in there 2 is rough. Still trying to figure it all out. Maybe once Kindra finishes the weekend class Ill have time. I plan to be there tonight but Ill see. For now Ill do all three lifts on one day and do assistance stuff the next.
