First page says that only the person who accept the challenge can do it and that anyone else should be ignored.

At the point that you posted your vid, of a completed rep of 315 DL 1-handed, nobody had accepted the challenge, it was still open, and HHF had pulled out, as he mentioned...so technically, your lift was fine and within the rules.

I vote both of you get 10 points, since both of you did the lift (I saw both vids, so can confirm it), given all the confusion around it...and then the next challenge is selected, and carry on from that point. IMO.

I would really encourage everyone to do this lift. If not at 315 something heavy for you. Its interesting and fun!

Squat your bw for your age in reps in 2 sets ,or 1 if you're a monster.

Example I am 240 and 34.
So I would Squat
240 x20/14 or 34


For inspiration Mike O'hearn squats 315 for his age in reps every birthday he has.

OK - I'll tackle this one. BW is 210 and age is 49 - will go for an even 50 tho and in 1 set since I wanna be a monster, by Sunday afternoon. Oh well, ya only live once lol.
