Ok, movie's off. I'm taking myself to bed. Y'all remember those who have given their lives in defense of our country. They offered their lives so that we could live free. They believed in freedom. They died for it. Don't take it for granted. Enjoy it. Exercise it. Relish it. But, while you are enjoying the holiday tomorrow, take the time to remember the reason you are able to celebrate in the manner of your choosing. Give them a toast, a prayer, a moment of silence. Light a candle, send up a balloon, or fly your flag at half staff. Whatever you do, make sure their sacrifice isn't lost on you. Tell your kids so they can tell their kids. In short, remember, honor, and memorialize those who can't be here. It's the least WE can do. I will now step down off of my soapbox. Y'all have a great evening.

Lol, naw. I took a week off to nurse an old, recurring injury. I started back this week but, due to time constraints, I am only logging in my supplement log until the Purus Labs NOxygen that Randoja let me try runs out. Once that runs out I will probably start a new log. It's time for fat boy to change gears. Thanks for checking in on me, Rich.
