3/20/14 Supposed to be an off day. I didn't do any weight training today. Since I have been riding the exercise bike after my training sessions I have noticed that it greatly helps with the nearly crippling soreness I experience for the 4 days following a squat session. So, although it was an off day, I ditty-bopped my fat butt to the gym and rode the exercise bike for 15 minutes (a 3 minute pb).

3/22/14- Today was supposed to be my accessory day. I think I may have overloaded cns with last night's deadlift session because I feel like crap today (plus I had to work today) As such, I am taking today off and will get my accessory session in tomorrow.
