Great job. I'm looking to get my form right on the DL tomorrow. I've been doing a semi Romanian DL all along and couldn't figure out why my back was sore. Never to late to get it right.

Bent over rows-I thought I was extremely weak on these (and they hurt my shoulders pretty bad) but, as it turns out, I was using horrible form. I got my form corrected and, while I'm not a powerhouse by any means, I am able to use more weight now. Previously, 135lbs was the most I could do and that was excruciatingly painful. It's amazing what a difference proper form can make.

1/16/14- chest day. my new work schedule is really screwing up my training. I am going to try and stick to my current program, but I believe I may end up switching to a 2 day split as recommended by BTB. I will see how this goes over the next couple of weeks. It also looks like I may miss the meet in March. The roster is nearly full and I won't be able to get my membership and, consequently, sign up for the meet until the end of the month.

Thanks, ED. The next USAPL meet in my state isn't until December. At least I will have plenty of time to prepare. I am considering hitting a meet or two from other feds in the meantime. I'm not sure yet, plus I haven't found a good means of locating meets in SC.

There's only two platforms, so they limit the number of lifters allowed to enter in order to keep the meet from lasting too long. (multi-day, etc). There is usually only one platform, so it could have been worse. I just didn't expect the roster to be full two months in advance.
