Ended up being a pretty good workout.

I have only been using paused squats for a couple of weeks, but I think they are to blame for my surge in squat and dl strength. I think it was KD5NFW who recommended these to me. Thanks!!!

Thanks, WildBill! I am convinced that pause squats are a product of Satan himself but, they seem to be improving my DL and squats, so I am workin' 'em like a boss. (and limping like a wounded duck the next few days afterwards).

12/17/13- day 1 of week 3 on JByrd's 15 week peaking routine-Bench day

Bench press- I'm going to have to make some minor changes to this day. This plan has worked well so far for my squat and dl, but my bench press seems to have stalled or even decreased a little.

Warmups

Downed a protein shake and did 20 minutes on the exercise bike. Cardio blows, lol.

Great work TD! Changes might not be a great idea, you've been progressing from what I've read. Steve wrote a great article on when you've actually stalled or plateaued, I'll try to find it ! Either way keep smashing big man!
