(Week 1: Day 1)

Leg Extensions: (4x20)
Box Squats: 135, 225, 315, 405 (4x10), 405x6
Pause Squats: 225 (5x5)
Close-Stance Squats: 225 (5x5)
Seated Leg Curls: x40, x30, x30, x20
Leg Extensions: x30, x30, x25, x22
Seated Calf Raises: x30, x25, x25, x29
(Treadmill: 30 min., 9 incline, 3.5 speed)

*Well, haven't worked out in 2 and a 1/2 weeks and haven't squatted in 16 days due to a painful personal issue I was dealing with. But I'm 7 weeks out from APA Ironfest, have 6 weeks to bust my ass in the gym and pray to God that this problem doesn't come back.
