SLDL 340 x 10x5 (LT 337.5, Record 335)
Pin Press 200 x 7x5,3x3 (LT 197.5, Record 195)

I wouldn't call the squats "perfect form" but they went up anyway. Came sooo close to making it on the Pin Presses but missed. I recall last time I bombed out on 8x5 with 192.5before pushing past it and hitting 195 so it's still decent progress...shoulder presses usually don't go up that well for me in general. Very happy with SLDL weights!

Skipped Leg Press and Laterals tonight. Going to skip my volume 10x10 workout this week for recovery. Clearly was not recovered on benches since they felt heavy and I did 10 lbs more last week.

Destroyed the benches and rows on 5x5. Started out below my capacity but still I owned those weights
Thought I had an oops moment on the laterals when I noticed a 57.5lb dumbell on the floor and I thought I did 60 last time. There were two dumbells though and I had already unloaded one. I did 60 again just to make sure I logged the right weight last time...I did.

Was gonna do either EDT or low-rep drop sets (6-6-6) on arms...went with drop sets. Feeling it today. Did Rope Hammers instead of screwing with drop sets on DB hammer curls but was WAYYY off on the weight to use so it kinda crashed and burned. By the time I got to the third round - and the weights were about right - my arms were destroyed from the previous burn outs.
