Sticking with 3 movements for leg days. One quad dominant, one posterior dominant and one mixed to get a good balance. Also think I'm going to stick with dumbells for shoulders and the same exercises every time unless it stops working for me.

Not that it matters terribly but I realized a couple days ago that I logged trap bar deadlifts like they were on a normal bar but I've weighed that bar before and it weighs 80 lbs. So my weights on those really went:

260x8, 310x8, 350x8, 390x6, 420x3
