*suck on that logbook! BP to Neck feeling much easier...a month ago I tried singles with 310 and had to drop them down to 305. Tonight 315 felt easier. DB Inclines look weak (and they are) but I'm the rest period between sets is super short...just alternating between chins and presses so the fatigue gets to me fast. It's just "pump" work though.

Very short rest periods on the 10's...gonna keep with them. Just going for one more rep each time. By the time I got to arms I was burnt so I said screw it and called an impromptu deload.

*this 10's with no rest thing isn't working. One-arm DB Inclines are hard enough to balance and with doing both arms followed by Chins I'm more winded than anything. Gonna go with something else. Maybe a drop set on the main lift and a Rest Pause on the chins. Trying something crazy on arms....3 rest-pauses. Could work could end in disaster...we'll see.

Reluctantly considering swapping out Pin Presses for a dumbell shoulder variation. Seem to be hitting the same wall around 205-210 and it might be easier on my tris and shoulders to not have another heavy barbell press on my days off from benching. Also, when I hit the wall on singles and fives I'll switch over to 10x3 and build back up to a PR on those before going back to singles.
