I skipped monday, but still took Dpol with lunch. felt ok on monday but just wanted one more day to fully rest and hydrate and eat. I had to of lost like 10 lbs ha.

Yesterday i killed back. Went heavier for sure. Strength is up an pumps/vascularity is increasing. I love the taste of Condense its actually quite refressing.

last weeks lifts went great! unreal pump and fullness. I feel pumped all day. Strength is def up and sexdrive is sky high! Dpol is kickin in ha.

Yesterday I hit legs and my strength was fantastic. I only had time for quads so i will prob hit hams with back. Keeping my food intake high but actually started some cardio to just lose some extra fat. nothing crazy just 20 mins a day post workout. We will so how well i will recover, i havent been too sore lately but after yesterdays leg day i am def feeling it.

ATG Back Squats:

One leg legpress:

3pltsx20
4pltsx20
two lifts for calves and 20 low intensity cardio. hovering around 280. i think i want to just harden up but stay around this weight. i was thinking to just get to 300 but its to hard to diet down if i get too sloppy.

Its official Dpol has kicked in! i feel full all day. Almost feels like im on a pro. Strength and endurance is up. ENergy is up. My vascularity is about the same but im not lean so its hard for me to have crazy veins. Yesterday i hit back. I did a different back workout than norm but here it is. Also i have been just putting the powder in my mouth and then taking a drink of water, i feel like condense has been working just as well if not better haha, idk if there is any science behind if but give it a try.

Back:
Deadlifts:

Hammer Low Row:
didnt count reps but went for the stretch. started at 1 plate and moved all the way to 4 plates
Cable Pulldown:
4 sets to failure. Increased weight each set
Plate loaded Row:

3 pltsx 12
4 pltsx failure
hypertensions:
4 sets of 20
20 mins of cardio

Nothing really new to report except the same strength increase and fullness. Sex dive and sleep is super high also. endurance is great, hard to judge strength because i dont 1rm ever.

heres the shoulder workout i hit yesterday:

Reverse pek deck:
4 sets of 20
Seated DB Shoulder Press:
30x warm up
80x15
100x15
100x12
120x8
120x failure
Side laterals:
30sxfailure for 4 sets
BB front raise:
50x failure for 3 sets
Smith Shrugs:
worked my way up to three plates, went to failure each set. for 3 sets
hit 30 mins of cardio on stepper
