Started to get really tight at the end. If anyone can link a page for ways to train getting under the bar quicker on full clean or some arm flexibility for the catch plz do.

Hang clean (full depth catch w/ 1 sec pause)

Standing good-mornings

The Bend-over

Here is how it's done (will post video soon)
Step 1: Deadlift a bar that is behind you with a snatch grip
Step 2: Lean forward until it is on your lower back
Step 3: Roll it forward while changing grips
Step 4: Right as it hits your shoulders start to stand (stopping the roll)
Step 5: BTN OHP the bar and bring it down in the clean position
Step 6: Lower the bar

Strict OHP
6x2@185

Steinborne Squat
