Forgive the sabbatical from posting. Still been in the gym just have been to busy with finals to really get on here much.

Starting new squat program. The focus is form but in a weird way. Doing 10 sets of 1 5-6 days a week. . . this is going to be brutal but atleast ever day is squat day
