Thanks brother. High bar is feeling awesome. The light sets really enforce keeping the knees out and staying tight which will transfer over to my heavier sets and become second nature.

Morning Weight: 179.6lbs -> strange, I was hovering around 182 before. Lifts are going up though so no complaints lol

Thanks brother. The increase have been incremental and to be fair, I haven't travelled in six weeks

I think I will be starting a new project involving travel to NYC next week but we shall see
