Default Chasing 2,000+

back to training after my last meet and i desperately need to keep up with a solid training log this time.

results from last meet on June 7th were
squat-766
bench-462
deadlift-672

offseason training started up yesterday running 10/20/Life like always

rack pulls since there were no blocks (keeping it at 65% this week)

5x2 @ 455

form pulls @ 455 5x2 short rest between sets about 30 seconds.

single arm dumbell rows
3x8 @ 100lbs

lat pull downs
3x8 at around 150

close grip bench
3x5 @ 275

standing dumbbell OHP
3x8 @ 50lbs

tricep pushdowns

Squat day- doing all my work in sleeves for now

5x5 squat
455,495, and 545 for 3 of those sets of 5 which is a solid PR for me.

Pause squas 3x5
405 with a 2 count pause

3x8 single leg good mornings @ 50lbs

3x20 leg extensions

Core work everyday

It's bench day so I'll post that later but I forgot about pulls earlier this week.

6 inch block pulls 5x2 at rpe of 7 worked up to last two sets of 615

Form pulls at rpe of 6 5x2 worked up to 495

5x5 barbell rows
3 sets of that 5 at 225
1 set at 245 and
1 set at 275

Dumbell shrugs 5x8
100,105,115,120,125

Hands = fried.

Bodyweight sticking around 250ish

Squat day yesterday.

5x5 working up to a pr in knee sleeves of 585x5 at an rpe of 7

Wide stance squats rpe of 6 stayed around 325 groin felt weak.

Goblet squats
3x8 with 70lb dumbbell

Leg extensions(supposed to drag a sled, no sled)
3x15

Still doing core work
