No jumproping at Planet Fitness? Who knew? That seems strange, unless there just is no room for it I guess.

Good day today. Felt very strong.

Warmups: Just some leg and hip stuff as I was already warm from some yardio.

Squat:
3x 3x 240 (109Kg) No trouble

Pause Bench:
5x 1x 235 (107Kg)
ss w/ Wide grip Lat Pulldowns: 215x 8, 7, 7, 6, 5 (stay at this weight)

Deadlift:
3x 3x 245 (111Kg) Easy

Stretching and back yoga

Was totally manhandling the bench sets. Form really isn't all that good actually, bar was all over the place and slow through my sticking point. I really need to tighten that up as it gets heavier.

Seems kind of funny to think I am aiming for PRs in every lift at the end of this cycle, but so far in the cycle, the weights I am using are pretty easy and I rarely train longer than 60-70 min. However, I feel stronger than ever and there's something to be said for going through a cycle without hammering yourself to death. Hands and joints have taken a little beating, but that could just be an adjustment period and a little inconsistency on my part. We'll see. I'm very optimistic at how this could play out.

The singles ramp up to 85% next week, then 90% and finally 95%, so we'll see how the post test comes out after that. Should be interesting.
