Will do! From Doncaster, South Yorkshire in the UK. just had a look at that powershrug hell ill start doing that ill have to use two benches as the squat rack in the gym is so bad it has no adjustable pins at the bottom it is a welded unit

Gotta do what you gotta do. I find the shrugging part is much easier because it starts as a rack pull. Just pull, shrug, and reset.

Big deads. You could throw in some rack pulls. They tend to be quite useful and fun.

Cheers! Would love to but my commercial gym the squal rack is fixed so cant adjust it for rack pulls! its a welded unit and welded so high when i go deep on squats bar nearly touches the rack
