Yeah after little to no progress weight wise, I'm really looking forward to a training cycle focused on deadlifting to blow past 500.

Notes: Bench is coming along much better than before. My strength is better and the commands are starting to become second nature. Training with fellow powerlifters is definitely helping with feedback on my form. I also restarted my Anello cycle so that I could peak at the same time as one of my friend does as he prepares to do his next meet.

Syllabus means the routine the class will run for the semester/ quarter whatever. Generally not any assignments or start working on them.
