Notes: Not a particularly good workout. I helped move a parent's friend out of her house all Friday. That plus deadlifts and soccer on the preceding days left me somewhat beat up today. Nothing I can't overcome! I'm deadlifting again tomorrow. Hoping to hit 395x5 for at least 3 sets
