I'll be looking forward to the 3X6 within a few weeks.

Congratz on the big fiver PR @325 - it is a very respectably strong level a sfar as I am concerned, having done it before.

Those dang walking lunges look pretty brutal as well!

Thanks Jim! I feel like I could do 3x6 next week if I wanted to, but I'm not sure that I want to do so many reps...not about that cardio life!

And yes, those lunges were horrible. They really had me huffing and puffing!

Steak (and maybe a little lobster) shall be consumed tonight
