Notes: First training session back at school. The doubles at 325 felt awesome and I was absolutely flying on some of the reps! I was going to do two back-down sets of 8 at 265, but after un-racking the weight, I decided to call it quits and move on because of my recent volume work. That 4 PPS squat will hopefully be coming soon
