Thanks guys. Going to start fitting some high rep safety bar squats in at some point during my training week to increase my quad strength along with more stiff legged deadlifts

2 x 92.5kg PR could have easily done 3 if I had a spotter. So I did another

5 x 70kg x 5 I'm definitely finding that all the reps I do are building my bench quite nicely
