Great thought, I don't think they'll be enough for working sets, Probably go with a mixture of 35's & 25's.
Thanks JD

Going with D) Kiss Platform shoes
Not sure why I haven't incorporated RDL into my training more in the past, worked the glutes, hammies very well.

Its a great way to get a quick intense chest, delt & tri session but too many reps for me.
Hope to move some decent weights here soon Fen. One goal in particular is a legal 405 squat using a belt & knee wraps.

How far off that goal are you? How different is knee wraps v. No knee wraps?

Not sure haven't pushed that hard on max squat, might be there right now for a grinder rep. Refraining from pushing that hard, no spotter, out of the rack and still nursing some hip pain.
Had pain in the right hip/thigh region a few months back that's pretty much healed only twinges of pain remains in the rt glute. Now there's a spot on the outer left hip that is sore, probably a compensation connection back to prior problem.
The hip continues to get better while training I believe in part to taking this slower approach on adding weight. Also doing a ton of mobility work & to a lessor extent roller work seems to be the ticket.

Wraps) At this point I don't even care to measure, rather have something on my knee's keeping them warm mainly or adding some level of support than risk tweaking them or worse.
The wraps I use are old and more like ace wraps pretty stretched out, have new ones that I used a couple times months ago. Saving them for Competition they offer significant more rebound comparatively.
