Finished my night shifts this morning and was due to train today but life has chucked me a curveball and I`ve not been able to make it.To make things worse I`m out all day tomorrow(my gym membership is off peak so I can only lift between 9-5) so I`ll be doing todays session on Friday.

I might blend my day 3 with my day 1 on Friday....
