Serious brosplit going on here. Still strong on the bench, it gets easier after 90kg, trust me.

My maximal strength seems to be, in fact, going down while my work capacity is increasing. I guess that's what I'm aiming for with this program so it's all good. I need to find a way to balance out the ratio between strictness and cheating. More cheating means heavier weight and more metabolic fatigue, but it might shift the load off the target muscles. For example, my upright rows are a weird combination of high pull and upright row, but it is felt in the delts so it should be okay. I might try to do stricter upright rows at some point though.

Good stuff man, still pushing for numbers as well. What you weighing now? looking lean in the photos, kind of miss having a 6 pack.

Hang tough. Maybe some adaptation going on. Make sure you are eating enough to back the volume increase and enhance recovery.

Good work!

Thanks again everyone! I'm 82 kg now, down from 91-ish.. I seem to be losing about 2 lbs per week now. Diet is around 3000 kcal (or less, haven't actually calculated). The 6-pack is only visible in certain kind of lighting, there's a layer of fat on top of it and I've got some visceral fat as well. My waist is still almost 4" bigger than at start of bulk. In any case I think I'm looking better than ever! Can't wait to get even leaner..

It's also weird how much liquid balance and simply food volume affect the outlook of my body. During the weekend I was out of town and didn't have a chance to eat or drink much, and when I looked at myself in the hotel room mirror in the morning I was like "holy crap" skinny, and vascular too! But, alas, it returned to normal after I returned to my regular diet. I guess that's why BBers dehydrate themselves for photoshoots, shows etc.

Yep. It's not just lighting tricks and the odd bit of 'shopping. Apparently, diuretics and all manner of other unholy weirdness are par for the course.

Good that you're reaping the benefits already, Mohiz. Er, of what you're doing, not what they are...
