Thanks Squatter. The scheduling is crap right now with work and kids' activities. I leave the house at 7:00am and don't return home until 8:30pm. But I do have windows open on Mondays and fridays, so my schedule for the next couple of months will be:

Monday:
Military Press
Deadlift (woohoo)
Fat Man Pull-ups
Bent Leg Sit-ups

Friday:
Bench Press
Box Squats
Barbell Rows
Back Raises
