Nice deadlifting, OR. And looks like great programming (and progress) for Jr too! Not surprisingly, I might add.

Any news on the running front?

Thanks Dray. The running is okay. He shows flashes of getting better when he's fresh and thinking about it. But when he gets tired, his form goes to crap again. We'll keep working on it.

JR seems to be excited about his belly shrinking and the ease at which he's getting through his practices now. Hopefully that'll keep him motivated for a lifetime of staying fit and trim. Ice Cream is on the menu for this afternoon actually. We are going to a friend's house for tacos and sundae bar. I told him he could have a small sundae without guilt. He said only if I had one

380 easy pull. 205 bench reps easy. Jr and Co. kicking butt 38-0. Tacos and a sundae bar! Life is grand in here (btw I had my Large sundae yesterday at DQ)!!
