was going to train legs today but stayed in bed the get xtra rest and knock this cold out of me. I am off today and tom so i will spending time w family and doing things around house/errands. fri late AM i will train, shower eat and get some rest bf work as i work the night shift at the prison. After that either Sun night bf work or Mon night bf work next traioning session,. I would like to train fri, sun and tue we shall see though sometimes w 2 kids, responsabilities and night shift it always doesnt work out as planned though.
