best deadlift session in a while. I had very little fatigue through the workout and my form is getting a lot better. This program is very fun and I like it a lot.

deadlift 1x2@385 smooth of the ground lock out was really fast.
speed deads 6x3@315 did 3 sets sumo and 3 convetional.

Thanks your lifts are very good as well.

Very fast but a great day.

DB flat bench 1x5@85PR I'm thinking of doing a lot more DB work to see if it helps. DB rows made my barbell row increase a lot.
DB one arm shoulder press 1x5@55 these were easy but my work up sets felt heavy so I just stopped here.
1x25 push ups I just did them for no reason in-between exercises. I am going to try to do 50 this weekend.
tricep pushdows 1x8@78.5 i think.
2x15 decline sit ups

Work friday and saturday night. I might be able to go to the gym early saturday I will see.

Thanks got a new one today.

Saturday work 4 to 1 30. Perks of working at a sports bar I got to watch the UFC fight.

squats 1x7@320 very fast. Had more but I am trying to not let my form break down.
bench 1x7@185 fast but last rep got out of grove. Had one more maybe 2.
Behind the Neck OHP. 1x5@95 this was very hard. I did them like the Olympic lifters, pausing on my traps between each rep.

Wednesday deadlift day ed coan program week 4. This was one of the hardest training sessions I have done.

Deadlift 1x2@405 smooth but killed me for the rest of the workout.
speed deads 5x3@345 I almost threw up after these.

Came in very sore and worked on my bench form up and moved my grip in. I felt stonger out of the bottom and weaker at the top. I am going to make my grip wider next time I bench and see how it feels.

Bench 2x6@185
One at a time standing db ohp 1x4@65
DB incline bench 1x5@70
Behind the neck OHP 1x10@95 these felt really good for some reason.
Paused cgbp 1x8@150 all really fast
push ups 1x35 all really fast. Doing this more for conditioning.
abs I don't know the name of the exercise but 4x10
5 minutes of jump rope.
