This was my worst day in the gym. I felt like shit. Second day of school, applying to jobs, applying to colleges and getting used to a new sleeping schedule. I honestly could not go do anything most of this workout.

Paused Bench 1x2@185 1x2@205 failed second rep
Seated dumbbell shoulder press 1x5@70 somehow got a pr
Cable rows 4x6 top set 1x4@240 i have done this for 6
2 sets of DB curls 2x5@55
DB hammer curls 1x4@60

Thanks taking 4 days off from gym but doing workouts at home.

*did them conventional. My max conventional was 365 a month ago. I definitely had one more.
