Today I gave up doing 5x5 because I hated every work out but for the 2 weeks I did it I feel like I got a lot out of it.

Now I am just going to go by feel and when I find in necessary go into some type of structure.

Lower:
squat 1x2@275 1x1@295 1x7@315 (probably had one more in me) 1x10@225
Barbell rows 1x10@135 1x8@185 1x8@225
snatch grip deadlift 1x5@135 (first time doing them. I can do a lot more.)
Hamstring curls 3x12@70
medicine ball over head crunches 3x10

Terrible day got back spasms after deadlifts and then kind of front squatted

Lower:
deadlift 1x6or 7 lost count @365
front squats 1x1@185 1x1@225 1x2@225 (I could do A lot but my back spasm would not stop and actually did not get worse.)

First day doing olympic lifts and my back still is bothering me so I leg pressed to warm up.

leg press pyramid set up to 6 plates per side.

They where good. The snatches which i thought would be harder where acutely a lot more natural for me. The clean was more awkward but the jerk was comfortable.

Default First day back

Finally back squatting after my back strain. Went decently light but i think i am around 85% healed.

Lower:
squat 1x2@185 1x2@225 1x1@275 1x1@315*
Paused Olympic squats 1x10@225
Snatch 2x2@65lb
hamstring curls 3x8@110
Leg extensions Pyramid set**
Decline sit ups with 10lb medicine ball 3x15

*(did 315 for 7 last time so i figured it was light enough not to get me get injured but to induce a stimulus.)
** only did them because of lack of squat volume.
