I'd love to say that I've been in beast mode everyday... but in reality it's been hit and miss.
I changed internal med doc's, he is a bit more relaxed on my nutrition than my previous doc.

But overall I'm still at it...
My plan for 2014 (as of now anyways) is to put less emphasis on BB'ing routines, work on building some power esp lower body.
Thinking hard about getting into Masters Track & Field... I'm a sprinter.
I'm no Usain Bolt, but I can hold my own with my peers I'd bet.

Thanks, I'm changing goals for 2014 and plan to use this forum as my one and only...
Moving away from Masters BB'ing and going to see how I do with Master's track & field.

For the diabetics that may be tuning in... I dropped my A1C to 5.9
in my world 5.9 = crazy awesome

Stay tuned... I'll be logging again daily on my progress towards getting fast.
