Incline Press - I've never trained this lift before. I'm subbing these in, because I stink at Overhead Press. As I said, I've never trained these before. It's kinda cool. Every week is a new 5 rep PR.

175x5x5 - I'm just letting these simmer for now. In a few more weeks, I'll be up to 250 or so for a 5x5, then I can start ramping up to a single set of 5 at some heavier weight.

Thanks, Mike.

No, I played my last gig in January, 2012. I played the show, put my horn in the case, and there it sits. I don't really miss it at all. Well, the cash flow was nice at times, but not worth the mental and emotional angst. I wanted to focus on lifting; the kids' hockey; and eventually, returning to school.

All that said, if the perfect situation arose, I might consider playing again. For now though, I do all I can to keep my wife and children musically involved, and physically active.
