335x 1 ...vid. Hips coming up but not my worst reps ever! Considering how sore my back is from DB Rows 2 days ago, I actually went heavier than planned! Plus my legs are sore form many days ago, man I'm pathetic! But nothing felt too heavy! Tried taking a super deep breath and holding it for the rep, almost passed out and sent my head pain skyrocketing! But I'm alive!

Military Press
Bar x 10
95x 10

125x 3 ...vid. Planned on doing a few more sets, but wanted to do some shrugs and my head wasn't being friendly! But considering how long it's been since I did any Military Press work and how weak I've gotten, not disappointed!
*
Power Shrugs
405x 10 ...vid. Was going to do 315 for 2 sets and decided to go heavier and only do one set. My backs beat up enough, so this will work my traps fine, and it did !
*
Done! Actually did decent considering how sore I am and I was going to go super light and not do hardly any work or not train at all. So good day training!

Great stuff man! Heavy powershrugs are a big favorite of mine. You are shifting some nice weight on them too.

Best babe yet!

Hopefully you'll figure out how to keep those hips still until you begin the pull one of these days! I think the best way to practice is to do so with no weight anytime anyday, even while watching TV. Just practice standing up naturally - you will notice your butt never moves first.

Good job Jay!

Thanks Super Jim! Yea she is nice! One of these years I'll get some decent looking pulls, but honestly as long as I stay mostly healthy and get stronger, I'm not gonna let it get me down! That's a great tip, but sounds like extra work, I'm too lazy !
