Thanks for trying to help me stay positive people
So...
Of course the doc is F'ing with my dosage, again. I now have to take less overall and more often. So hurray, I get to stick myself weekly now . But since my RBCs are still too high, I have to also get blood taken again. Guess it can lead to a stroke, woohoo more possible head issues
So hoping to get a workout tomorrow, and do some light squats, bench and deads.

You better get a second opinion, from the Iron Dr.

From what I've seen that endo messes with your doses and then your shitty. Why can't you just say, look put me back to this dose, when my quality of life was good?
