Ironman Meet Training
BtB's P-Poopy-Doo Doo Routine
Week 10, Day 1
*
Squats
Heavy Day

135x 3 ...something felt off, so I stopped at 3 reps.
*
225x 0 ....something felt weird again as I unracked and stepped back. Then I realized I didn't put my squat shoes on and was wearing my wrestling shoes, MORON! When My head hurts enough I forget simple things, it's usually a very bad sign.

Put on squat shoes
225x 1 ...good, felt very light, buried it
*
295x 0 ...was top set for today decided to load 315
*
Add Wraps
315x 0 ...after wrapping up decided why not go for more, craziness I know
*
335x 1 PR ...vid. Huge PR for me. Doubt there's any question on depth, or I don't think so, but I'll let others judge.

Done! 10ish minute workout if you can call it that??? Was whipped, plus felt sick on top of my crappy head pain. But Smashed a Squat PR, so good training!!!??!!!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
