You also could have had a blood sugar crash from not eating enough due to your head. You got the meat of the session in anyway so it was a good day.

Not a panic attack, there was no panicking , and no I don't have a history and I've never had one

Thanks Mike! Maybe, but I normally don't eat before I train, but who knows? Yea, want to start your bench program again, but started too heavy for paused. I really got a bunch weaker with those months of not lifting, hope I can get it back before the meet!

335x 1 ...vid. Hips coming up but not my worst reps ever! Considering how sore my back is from DB Rows 2 days ago, I actually went heavier than planned! Plus my legs are sore form many days ago, man I'm pathetic! But nothing felt too heavy! Tried taking a super deep breath and holding it for the rep, almost passed out and sent my head pain skyrocketing! But I'm alive!

125x 3 ...vid. Planned on doing a few more sets, but wanted to do some shrugs and my head wasn't being friendly! But considering how long it's been since I did any Military Press work and how weak I've gotten, not disappointed!

405x 10 ...vid. Was going to do 315 for 2 sets and decided to go heavier and only do one set. My backs beat up enough, so this will work my traps fine, and it did !

Done! Actually did decent considering how sore I am and I was going to go super light and not do hardly any work or not train at all. So good day training!
