Ironman Meet Training

295x 1 ...buried it! Took vid but don't give a F about posting it!

Leg Press
500x 8 PR ...+3 reps. I did one set, trying to top my heaviest set.

Planks
68 seconds ...+ 15.5 seconds.

Done. 35 minutes total. Kept it easier and shorter due to how I feel and time off.

In the last 3 weeks I only lifted with Steve. I was on Chantix, but I stopped taking it now. Been off it for 3+ days and sort of feeling a little better. Still not chewing, so that's good. But I've felt sick, can't sleep(more than my normal not sleeping), heads been worse, depressed, basically life has been total F'ing sh!t! I haven't lifted because of how crappy I've felt, plus I just couldn't bring myself o make my head worse. Decided to try and get back into it today. We'll see how it goes going forward. Nothing else to really say, just not myself on top of my regular pain and suckiness!
