Don't worry about the Pull ups that's just conditioning.
You continue to get stronger in the main lifts, that's the Pudding.

Ive done that before Jay, use more weight than I was supposed to just because loading a 45 is easier than loading a bunch of smaller plates....Anyway, good session.

315x 1 ...did really good, way below depth, shot up pretty quick!

455x 10 PR ...+4 reps
455x 10 PR ...+5 reps. Easy! Last time I tried that weight I got 6, 5 so big improvement and after lots of heavy stuff!
