10cm block pulls with snatch grip:

Squat:

20 kg x 10/10

Leg extension:

40 kg x 20

Leg curl:

40 kg x 20

First time in a about two weeks were I was able to lift some weights without getting a new round of lumbago.

Pretty decent, my right arm lags behind in most of the sets due to the pec tear I got in august 2011.

I forgot to note that I did some blob lifting yesterday. About 20 singles with both hands. I mostly used the blob that weighed 17 kg.
