September 8th, 2013

Week 2 done. I will be honest, I doubted if I would make it this far with reps. But I did. 2 weeks of volume and conditioning left, followed by 4 peak weeks.

Things feel stronger and easier each workout.

Cycle 1, Week 2 - 65% Volume Week
