Thank you!! I firmly believe you need a solid foundation before putting gear on so I will continue to work on that and use the shirt as an accessory for the time being. I can't tell you it isn't fun.

Tonight was a little lesson in humble pie. Squats went pretty well and I hit my 3 working sets of 455x2 but when I tried to hit 505 again it sandwiched me. Lesson learned on how not to get too cocky and forget about proper form. I still have to work on sitting back and trusting myself rather than doing a good morning at the bottom to hit depth. We train to get better and I promise you I will. Set the bar back to 315 and did 2 sets of 5 to get my form back in check. Lots of work to do!

After a few days off it felt great to be back in the gym. Tonight was supposed to be the last night of DL's before I max out. The plan was to do doubles that I know I would hit and keep it simple but of course when your feeling good go for it.
