So I got antsy and added coffee to my t-alpha preworkout blast, and it came through today! I also f-ed up and had two bowls of cornflakes earlier so I was carb loaded too.

The overhead press was by far pr, some douche was jumping in with us and kept saying he was going to lift whatever I lifted (not a good idea with my ego) needless to say he stopped at 245 x 1 + almost face dropped, I was pretty impressed by the little guys attempt so I knew that I had to put on a show, so I cripwalked all over his ego by proceeding to smash all my prs..... then lying to him saying that it was a normal day
That is why I'm not a douche bag, I'm the douche nozzle... much worse than the average bag

So this was my first time cooking a chicken breast with my rice steamer, and it turned out friggin amazing. Its not some bomb ass looking waffles or a large pizza, but it was good enough.
