Hey....when you dont know....you dont know.....thats why I asked.
No worries, man. As you get more experienced, you get more confidence. I usually open up with (nowadays) like 20 kg more than I had ever done that training cycle for any rep scheme lol. It will come!

And those critiquing your videos should include some seasoned competitive powerlifters, not bodybuilders. Bodybuilder "good form" is rarely the same as powerlifting form, simply because bodybuilders are not obsessed with form like we are.

Great point guys, form is different for powerlifting and bodybuilding. Now, talk to us about how it is different. How is the powerlifting squat different? The bench? Deadlifts? Are there accessory lifts that can help each of these lifts? How do power lifters address weaknesses?
