It really isn't that bad once you get used to the pressure. I think single ply is way more painful lol

1,210lb total at 148, no wraps two weeks ago at RPS battle of champs in hartford CT

415 sq / 295 bn / 500 dl

sq and dl are PRs but i've hit a 310 bench in the gym
