Doing my best to keep this regular. I haven't been able to post in others' logs and I apologize.

I'm just going to start saying how awesome my lifts are even if they aren't.. how awesome my days are when they aren't.. maybe if I keep saying it, it will change to be so.

Been keeping positive but not what I wanted to be. I feel all I do is complain on here so I'm trying to only keep positive on here .

Got some ideas and dreams I'd like to accomplish. Just have to take them one step at a time.

Make a deposit in the health and fitness bank everyday, even if it's a small one!
It's the base for everything else you plan to do!

Making a few vids of the stuff I have on my phone and will upload them and update everything.

Thanks for the support everyone. I think once I get another job I will be a bit more happier, then when I'm doing exactly what I want to in life I will be happiest.

I have a picture in my head how I want it all to be and I won't stop until I get there.

Bench - 135, 155, 175, 205, 225, 245x1, 135x12 Pause Reps
Feels good to get weight back on the shoulder without it hurting. I think lowering the volume is helping it heal while still giving it some weight to play with.

DB Row - 75, 75, 85x8.
Haven't done DB Rows in a while, but they are feeling good, helping the strained lower back out and still getting some work in. Tried to keep intensity high here with shorter rest intervals.

Rear Delt DB - 10, 10, 10x12
High intensity.. really hitting the rear delts and traps.. helping me get my shoulders a little stretched out and strengthened. Will definitely keep these going.

Sumo DL - 135, 225, 275, 315, 365, 410x1
Singles helping me get form, keeping back strain down, and just picking up heavy ass weight.

Military Press - 135, 135, 155x3
Lowering the volume on shoulder, keeping weight on it. So far so good, no pains like used to be.

DB Side Lateral Raises - 15, 15, 15x12
Another shoulder workout to help keep everything moving and getting stronger. Just testing some stuff out.
