Weigh In: 312.6lbs

Workout

Sumo DL 225x3, 275x3, 315x5 All singles, maybe 30 seconds rest between each.

Speed Deads 225x5 singles, 225x5, 225x5 moderately fast.

Military Press - 95, 115, 135, 155x5. Still babying the shoulder but getting some good blood flow through it.

Overall it went well, I will upload this video of me doing a sumo at 275, I'm pretty happy with what I did so far seeing how I'm working on opening up hips for mobility and squats. Scraped the hell out of my shins and inner thighs today but oh well.

Comments

Although I am a bit disappointed on a .4 lb loss in a week, I did have more fast food than I normally would have this week and I had my first denial of food I really wanted but didn't need at all so I am happy with the progress. I feel next Monday I'll be less than 310.

Woke up with a decent attitude even though my feet/knees were a little sore, had a decent workout and ready to get some things accomplished today that I haven't been keeping up on today.

Lets see how it pans out.

Successful people do what they have to whether they feel like it or not.

I'm happy so far. I know I should bring feet in some to make my shins more straight up and down but it actually makes me lean forward more and this felt better.

JD, other than work no not yet, I've been trying to get some people to be more active playing some basketball or doing some sports too which it'll get going.

I'll be adding in GPP/cardio soon but I'm not going to get upset because I'm not when I need to, it's coming.

Cool. Just curious.

Like the food, I don't think suddenly overloading your program is the best any way. Slowly tweaking your routine in the right direction is the way to go.

Hope you have some cool people to get a game going.

I'm going to come home after I get out of the gym and do some sprints holding my heavy bag for some cardio/fun see how that feels. I like doing things like that instead of walking on a treadmill forever.
