Friday 10/25/13

Squats - 315x3x(3 Sets)

I had planned to do more but I was getting worn out and I couldn't focus. I've had a lot of stressful things lately and I'm having troubles sleeping and keeping focused. I was mad didn't finish it all but I think that type of volume on squats I haven't done in a long time (if ever)

I don't have my log book with me but I remember what I lifted

Monday 10/28/13

Sumo DL - 425x3 x (3 Sets) - A myriad of things including inability to sleep (from large amount of stress), being sore from work and working on this other car, etc made me not so happy with the DL today. I kept hitting my shins just before I pull which makes the bar roll forward. I rage pulled today and if it weren't for me being so mad at the world I wouldn't have been able to pull it.

Rear Delt DB - 15lbs - 15 reps for 3 sets

Goblet Squats - 100lbs - 5 reps for 3 sets

10/29/13

Last year on 10/27/12 I arrived at Portland Oregon at 10:30ish pm and I thought my life finally was turning around. 6 Months later I had to pack up and move back to Indiana. It was fun while it lasted out there, and although the moves have put me in a financial crisis I'm glad I went out there.

I don't think I would have met BTB and I don't think I would be where I am today without him.

It was a sad day for me because I have so much resentment about the whole deal, but I must move on.

Here's a couple pics I took just now in a shirt that's too tight on my belly but it makes me feel like I had a couple Swolemeat sammiches.
