Sumo DL - 135x3, 225x2, 225x2, 275x1, 315, 365, 405, 425x1, 225x3, 225x3

Testing Conventional on lower back - 225x5, felt ok but still stiff.

Mil Press - 150x3, 150x3, 150x5 (AMAP)

Box Squat Form Work - 135x3 for 5 sets.

Weight - 309.8

Light DB Rows - 55x8, 55x8, 55x8 - was worn down and back hurt a little, I wanted to do some DB Rows since I pretty much missed all back that week.

Tuesday October 1st

Sumo DL - 135x2, 135x2, 225x2, 225x2, 275x2, 275x2, 315x2, 365x2, 365x1, 405x1, 405x1

Tried Conv DL today - 225x5 for 2 sets. Felt better, a little snappy. Hard to get to the bar but once I pull it once and let it rest before next rep it feels ok.

Box Squat - Form work - 135x5 for 3 sets.

Side Lateral Raises - 20x12 for 3 sets.

Wednesday October 2nd

Bench - 155x5, 185x5, 205x2, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5

DB Incline - 45x8, 60x8, 75x8 (I haven't done these in a long time since shoulder and they felt real good today.. could have gone up for sure)

Barbell Rows - 185x5 for 3 sets. Haven't done BB Rows in a while because of lower back, but today it felt pretty strong.

Friday October 4th

Weight - 308.6 - Not as much weight as I want to lose but it's going down I guess..

Box Squats - 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 225x1, 275x1, 275x1, 315x1, 315x1, 315x1

Tried Leg Press - Rickety ass leg press and didn't really feel good on ankle or lower back, did the 180 that was on there for 15 reps and said screw it.

Rear Delt DB Raise - 10x12 for 4 sets.

It's apparent I don't train very consistent.
